Stocks are getting slammed. I am remaining underweight, but I am buying a new position in Vanguard Morningstar Small-Cap Value ETF (VBR), which I sold on 10/29 at 243.15. I am trimming VTIP, which I boosted this morning.

Sell 100 VTIP at 48.78
Buy 25 VBR at 242.13
