Steven Gundry Stands Out

I have written about Dr. Gundry before, explaining more than two years ago how I was introduced to his work in 2019. I was at a dinner on May 20th and met someone for the first time and mentioned Gundry to him. I explained how I really appreciate his work. Today, I saw something that was published on May 20th and watched this video (which is published online):

The video is long, and it is all about selling a Gundry product, MCT Wellness:

For those who watch the video (or read this article, lol), there is a discount. One jar retails for $70, but you can get one for $50. If you buy more, it is cheaper per jar (6 for$270, which is $45 per jar).
I am not buying it, and I am not trying to push it. I am a big fan of Gundry, though I don't like how hard he has to try. I like him because he did something I highly admire: He evolved. He was apparently a very good cardiac surgeon, but he migrated towards nutrition. The very first book he wrote, The Plant Paradox, was published in 2017.

I am happy to share more about this book, but the point was that people with inflammation issues should avoid lectins. I am not saying that this very long video has anything wrong besides how long it was. The product may be good, and it may be cheaper to buy it from Gundry rather than a similar product from a store (marked up). It may be more expensive than a knock-off that doesn't have the same quality.
I like when people evolve, and Gundry did. Few seem to like him among the nutritionists, and I get it. He solved the problems that they have been trying to solve for a long time, and he did it without formal training! Congrats, Dr. Gundry, and keep up the good work!!!
