Before I share the trade, I want to point out that I am moving the place I report these trades in real-time from Seeking Alpha to here. Why? I am no longer able to post blogs at Seeking Alpha. Why? I shut down my subscription service (420 Investor) there, and that is their policy. The good news is that my blog and the posts are still there.
I recently added State Street Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLU) but I already trimmed it. I am trimming it again, and I am adding to ProShares S&P MidCap 400 Dividend Aristocrats ETF (REGL), which I have already done recently. This trade is at a higher price on both.
The trades:
Sell 25 XLU at 44.28
Buy 15 REGL at 87.45
